Life Intervenes

Thank you to all my faithful blog followers! Life sometimes intervenes... and what started out more than three years ago as a fantastic way to track my journey toward Adopting Liberian Kids, well, now my life is different. I HAVE ADOPTED LIBERIAN KIDS!!! And truly, they are great. Daniel and Maddie have assimilated into our family and are doing their best to understand American culture. They delight me every day! My main concern is how to get them caught up in their schooling, which will begin in a couple of weeks.

So this is a final post in "Adopting Liberian Kids"... but due to a great response to my writing, I will unveil another blog in the coming weeks that will focus more on my spiritual journey as a Christian who has faced common struggles: death, cancer, infertility, addiction, parenthood.

If you want to follow my new blog, please subscribe to this post ("Add Your Email Address for Updates" on the sidebar) and I will alert you when I begin... Again, thank you for your interest and your great comments and your support in my family endeavor to Adopt Liberian Kids.

It's been an amazing ride!
